This Privacy Notice applies to Luxybear Ads Manager, an internal advertising management system owned and operated by SHENCHUANGYIDA E-COMMERCE CO., LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”).

This system is built exclusively for managing our own Amazon store advertising data. It is NOT a third-party SaaS service and is not available to other external sellers.

2. Data We Collect

We only obtain Amazon advertising-related data from our own authorized Amazon seller accounts via Amazon Ads API. The data may include:

• Advertising campaign, ad group, keyword and product targeting information
• Ad performance metrics: impressions, clicks, spend, sales and conversion data
• Campaign budget and status settings

We do NOT collect consumer personal information, buyer identity data or payment information from Amazon.

3. How We Use the Data

All collected advertising data is used solely for internal business purposes:

• View advertising performance reports
• Adjust ad budgets, bids and campaign settings
• Analyze advertising ROI and optimize our clothing product ad campaigns

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We will NOT sell, rent, distribute or transfer your Amazon advertising data to any third parties.

Data will only be accessed by our authorized internal technical and operation team for advertising optimization work. We do not share data with outside advertisers or other sellers.

5. Data Security

We adopt reasonable technical and operational safeguards to protect API access credentials and advertising data, including fixed trusted IP whitelisting, encrypted token storage and access permission control.

6. Data Retention

We retain advertising data only as long as needed for our business analysis and ad optimization. You may revoke the OAuth authorization at any time in Amazon Ads console to stop further data access.
